So I'm embarking on a Sacred Sounding Tour of Scotland ! Alongside Matts project A Human Love Story walk of 500 miles from The holy Island of Lindisfarne, Northumberland to Calanish Stone circle in the Outer Hebrides. I will be sharing Sunbirds Sacred Waters, raising the vibration & offering healing to the land with Sacred Sounds & Sacred Waters.
I'm uncertain where I'll be going or exactly, what I'll be doing, but I do know I will be listening deeply to where I'm called. Its a great exercise in trust actually. Trust that I'm looked after & that spirit will guide me. Wallace Black Elk & Shaman Shackleton (My pup) shall be my companions.
We're making our way out from Glossop up to the Northumbrian borders with our 1st day of walking out from Lindsfarn or Holy Island where we left off from Matts last walk. Its rainy, boggy & bleak up here. Freezing cold & is not filling me with joy at the prospect of walking, but we're on the road & we have some lovely friends here hosting us. Julie & Ben, they've even taken us out to a vegan pub for some grub & a gig ! Wild first night out on the road, we'll see how my fake steak n red wine goes down ..... Ben is an incredible craftsman check out his carpentry work here ! Julie's house has the attention of two major craftsmen in the family. A master carpenter & Mason, lucky bugger. Here we go. Pretty strung out on our first night with the pup downstairs & howling. Matt spends the night on the sofa looking after her. I have a cold, but alls well n pretty jolly. One things for certain there is aways a lot of pressure that builds up before a walk. You have to work so hard to get away & there's a lot of tension to release. One thing I do know nature always holds you. No matter how you feel a walk i nature always improves ones humour. A swims even better !
