Welcome to Sara's Place for SOUND AND SPACE POPUP. This session is Sara's 1st POPUP in her new home & we'll be looking to harness some of that Fire Monkey Chinese New Year energy into manifesting our dreams & engaging in the excitiment & joy that surrounds this year 2016.

You'll experience an immersive sound healing composition designed to tune your Chakras & release emotional blockages in the comfort of Sara's home & our white pillows. The sound will work on your subtle energy bodies, clearing any energy that does not serve your greater highest good. In place of this new space clarity can arise for you making it easier to focus your mind & make discisons.

I will perform a short Native American ritual Smudge of everyone individually before we enter the soft Space. I use Smudging as a powerful tool to identifying where in the body shifts are needed & ground us before we enter the tent. Its a wonderful gentil experience to witness each other in the circle relax & ground.

Please arrive by 1.00pm . Please also be aware it takes 3 days for the sound to settle after our sound bath so be gentil with yourself & drink lots of water.
