After experiencing a deep cleansing process this August whilst working with my teacher I received so many enquires about the process we have decided to share the experience in a 3 Day Retreat cleansing The Body, The Mind, The Emotions & The Spirit. 

Day 1 - EARTH - PHYSICAL BODY - Settling in, Water Fast, Gentle Walks, Sound mediation in the evening, Rest.

Day 2 - WATER - EMOTIONAL BODY -  In Silence, Kundalini Yoga, SPA day & Pic Nic, Gentile Walks. Rest.

Day 3 - FIRE - SPIRITUAL BODY - Kundilini Yoga, Harvest FullMoon Fire Ceremony.

We will be in Sound & Silence in Lower Normandy in France for a few days with a programme of Sound Meditations, Walks, Kundilini yoga & Silence.

By Car - We are an hour 1/2 drive from Portsmouth to Cean. This is our preferred route which is a long ferry ride but a short drive. An over night boat to arrive in the morning is best. There is also a foot passenger option.
