Relationships, upbringing, the stress and pressure of living in a masculine, modern world – all these things regularly disconnect us from awareness of our authentic female nature. “What is a Womb Healing?”

The Womb Healing is a hands-on healing that helps to balance the archetypes, restore their energies and release blocks. It is for ages & stages of life.

Womb Healing can bring feelings of self-acceptance, empowerment and completeness. They can help return the menstrual cycle to balance, help support women through the change to menopause, and help menopausal women embrace their new form of femininity. This is a global transmission workshop by Mirander Grey hosted by me. My husband met Mirander many moons ago on a plane & the thought resonated with me deeply ! It would be wonderful to gather in circle to support each other through this wonderful Womb Blessing. Cost will depend on whether we need to hire a room or not. I am very happy to host it here in our front room which is cosy & a sacred space in Hove.

• What to bring
Please consider lose fitting comfortable clothes, 2 bowls, a soya candle, a blanket, a mat to lay on, an organic vegan dish for sharing.
