Sound Gong Bath Mondays @ The Purple Turtle - Brighton

Join us in the Grand Studio to dive deep into healing sounds made from a heart centred resonance.

We will be weaving a sacred soundscape from Voice, Gongs, Shruti Box, Singing Bowls to immerse you within.

These sessions will be held with a powerful intention to expand our consciousness, co-creating a safe & strong space to release any tensions & deeply relax; either within the space of the sound or the silence that surrounds us when the sound has ceased.

Our sessions will be opened & closed in humble ceremony.

Each session will last approx an hour & a half & will differ in energetic theme weekly. There will be a period of silence at the end of each session.

Yoga matts, blankets, pillows & teas provided.

£15 or £10 cons
