Sound Bath Mondays @ The Purple Turtle Wellbeing centre

  • The Purple Turtle Wellbeing Centre The Old Slipper Baths Brighton, UK (map)

Join us in the Grand Studio to dive deep into healing sounds made from a heart-centered resonance.

We will be weaving a sacred soundscape from Voice, Gongs, Shruti Box, Singing Bowls to immerse you within held deeply in ceremony.

These sessions will be held with a powerful intention to expand our consciousness, co-creating a safe & strong space to release any tensions & deeply relax; either within the space of the sound or the silence that surrounds us when the sound has ceased.

The intention of these sessions is to come together in sacred sound to help us navigate these challenging times of change & human evolution. The  Earths energy is changing & its up to us to assist ourselves in aligning with that energy change. Sound is my preferred method of alignment & mediation. The thing I have always loved & acknowledged about Sound is that it works in spite of you! The time is now for action !

Our sessions will be opened & closed in humble ceremony.

Each session will last approx an hour & a half & will differ in energetic theme weekly. There will be a period of silence at the end of each session.

Yoga mats, blankets, pillows & teas provided.
