The White Spring in Glastonbury is the most powerful place on the planet in Spring time to clear and drink in the strength of the goddess (water from the spring ). This is a 2 night retreat at the beautiful Shekinah Ashram, with Kirtan, Havan Fire Ceremony, Sound Bath & a ceremonial dip in the sacred waters of the White Spring based at the foot of the famous Tor.
We are currently at a point in history of great change according to all historians, mystics & scientists. This change is the move from Patriarchy into a new Matri-focal society, where life is leading towards a more nurturing & heart-led approach to being & existing.
Along my journey I am finding we need to return to the idea of our Womb/Hara/Sacral/Joni spaces as sacred. We need deep healing in this area resolving the wounded feminine so we can rise into our full power for the next 7 generations to come.
Much of my healing journey & work have been closely aligned with healing waters, sacred sites & holy Springs. Clearing the stuck energy within the land & channelling new energy in the form of sound, raising the vibration to align with the New Divine Feminine.
It is time for us to clear & rise into our higher light bodied selves.
I truly do believe we are all one. We all expel & inhale water with each breath, water has a memory, we all share this memory & its time to shed the grief of the Earth & get super charged for our journeys forwards with positivity & true feminine po'wa.

Re-Birthing Retreat - Glastonbury. March 13th - 15th.

This retreat will be held in the heart centre of the world, Glastonbury, in the week before Spring Equinox. We will be based in Shekinah Ashram, a beautiful haven , close to the centre of town, at the foot of Glastonbury Tor and just up the road from the White and Red springs.
Our time together over the weekend will include a ceremony in the cavern of the White Spring. Here we will have time to engage with the White Spring Energies, evoking & honouring the engagement of St Bride & the Faire King residing here. Making offerings in form of candles, intense, sound and ceremony before asking for healing through immersion in the pool.
During our stay at the Shekinah Ashram we will be able to participate in the friday evening Kirtan, led by local devotees and musicians. We will also have the opportunity to share in the saturday morning puja ceremony in their temple space.
We will host an immersive sound bath for you to prepare you for your experience in the spring and connect us with the energies of the waters and land.
We will also have the opportunity to take part in a Havan, the Vedic fire ritual, of cleansing and renewal, a powerful early morning experience to complete our stay, hosted by Shekinah Ashram on Sunday morning.
Sunday lunchtime and early afternoon will be free time for you to explore Glastonbury, the famous Tor, Glastonbury Abbey and the high street.
